As business owners, we fully appreciate that accidental or wilful damage to property, infrastructure or machinery can have a dramatic impact on your day-to-day operations. That is why we provide emergency and non-emergency structural repairs as an integral service for all our clients. Steel and concrete structures are susceptible to damage by heavy use, impact, fire and the environment. We have had wide ranging experience in such repair projects, from steel framed buildings to overhead gantries and pylons, to concrete sea defence and dockside infrastructure.

Red Leaf Developments is trusted by clients across multiple industries to provide a reliable service in these situations. To minimise financial, operational, and Health & Safety implications for businesses when such damage occurs, a fast response and efficient solution is essential. We work with commercial businesses, local and national authorities and insurance companies, responding swiftly and offering a complete package of consultation, design and implementation of the most advantageous repair strategy.

Emergency Repairs

After an initial assessment to determine structural safety, our highly skilled on-site team’s priority is to make safe, provide emergency stabilisation and catastrophic failure avoidance if and where necessary. Urgent remedial work can be provided, or a temporary fix put in place if the situation requires it; this can allow for business productivity to continue as much as possible while a permanent solution is decided upon.

If it is found that the structural damage is safe and not risking catastrophic failure our team can work with you to provide repair and replacement, with minimal disruption to on site activities. Whatever the nature of the damage, Red Leaf Developments has the resources and experience to offer a safe, effective solution when it is needed most.
